Charges
UK postage is £2.95 for orders under £30, and free for orders over £30.
Outside the UK, postage is charged at cost minimum £2.95. VAT is deducted where appropriate for sales outside the EEC. See our guide to overseas VAT and shipping charges for more details.
Please note that £5.00 is the minimum order value (excluding postage) that we can accept.
Your credit card will only be actioned for items at the time that they are despatched.
Delivery
We offer an efficient and reliable order service. Orders are normally despatched within 24 hours.
Back orders
If an ordered item is out of stock we offer a make to follow option or a cancel option.
Returns policy
We accept returns of unwanted goods within 3 days of receipt providing the pacakging is unopened and the goods are received back in good condition. At our discretion a handling fee may be charged based on the original carriage and handling cost.
