Orders to Non-EU Countries - VAT is deducted from VAT inclusive prices. This excludes the following important exceptions:

• Books - which are Zero rated.
• Smaller manufacturers (eg Southern Pride, SMP, Shirescenes) who are not VAT rated and therefore do not include VAT in their prices.

Shipping costs - a rough guide
* Postage rates from the UK to overseas are determined by weight, destination country, whether the item qualifies as a packet or parcel and whether it is sent by air or suface.

• Weight: we cannot give precise shipping costs in advance because we cannot determine the weight of your order in advance. However, these sample weighings should give you an approximate idea of the costs:

• Country: countries are grouped in Zones. Generally these are European countries, Far East and Australia, North America. However zones do vary between tariffs.
• Packet or Parcel: Packet Rates are cheaper than parcel but with the exception of Books (up to 5,000g) are limited to 2,000g.
• Air or Surface: Surface is cheaper but takes a lot longer.
• Sample Costs: These are approximate costs only and are only intended as a guide. Packaging may vary. These estimates are based on Postal Rates as at May 2006.
